Goodbye, Bailee! We'll miss you!

Today is the kind of day we just hate. One of our dogs and her family are moving out of Chicago, so our darlin' Bailee will no longer be rocking daycare like she used to do. Dang it! We hope she has many happy days to come and we will miss her a whole lot.

NAME: Lexi
AKA: Lexadorable, Lexicon-Rubik's Cube, LexiBunny, Fluffy Buns, Lil' Poof, Bear Cub, Parakeet.
BREED/DESCRIPTION: Poodle
AGE: Almost, but not quite, 5 lil' old months!
LIKES: Rockin' out in daycare with her buds Buster, Lola and Bubbles, getting cuddles, and still more cuddles.
DISLIKES: She hasn't had time to dislike anything, she still too little! She loves everybody!

With Little Miss Lexi, what you see is what you get. Yes, she is that adorable. Yes, she is that sweet and endearing. Yes, she is composed entirely of sugar and snuggleosity. Lexi is the new dog in the family for some longtime clients of ours, and we couldn't be more thrilled that they decided to send her for daycare, so we could smoosh her cuteness almost everyday. We are some kind of lucky so-and-so's to get the privilege, and don't think we don't know it! We're so darn glad to be able to help teach this little goober about the wonderful world of dogdom, and to watch her grow up into a beautiful little lady. Yea, Lexi!

NAME: Izzy
AKA: Izzy-pants, Izzyigerd, Iz, Izzy-Dizzy, The Howler, Ar-Ruu-Ruu-Ruuu!
AGE: 3 years old today!
BREED: Whippet/Terrier Mix
LIKES: Little dogs who want to play, dancing, getting lovin', providing commentary on the action on the small dog side, howling when its time to go home which cracks Stacy up EVERY TIME.
DISLIKES: People who move to fast, dogs who don't know their manners.

Oh, Izzy. I mean just look at that smile. Go ahead. We'll wait.

Are you kidding? We defy you to not fall in love with this girl from the minute you meet her. She is so darn adorable we could just spit. Izzy is a regular daycare girl, keeping the peace on the small dog side. She looooves little dogs, and loves to chase. Word to that Iz. And when its time to go home and she gets leashed up, she always gives you a howl or two 'cause you're not moving fast enough. Hilarious. This sugar lump just turned three years old today and we couldn't be happier that we got to share it with her. Ah-Ru-Ru-Ruuu to you too, Miss Izzy!

AKA: Suspenders, Spence, Big Spender, Spenny, Little Dude.

AGE: Almost 6 years old.

BREED/DESCRIPTION: Golden Retriever.

LIKES: Carrying around his Kong, chasing his Kong, fetching his Kong, playing tug with his Kong, the pool, any available puddle, getting really, really dirty, tug of war.

DISLIKES: Not having a Kong on his person at ALL times.

Mr. Suspenders loves Kongs. No, really. This dude LOVES his Kong. The instant he arrives in daycare, he gets a Kong, and doesn't drop it until the end of the day when it's time to get on the bus! Spence is as sweet as strawberry pie, and as handsome as anything. He rides the bus to daycare every single day, and carries his Kong proudly on the large dog side. When not totally Kong focused, he does enjoy a dip in the pool or some love from his human AFD buddies! Suspenders is the man. Believe it.
