Be an Angel to homeless dogs this holiday season!
Contribute to our Angel Tree Donation Drive!Every year during the holiday season All For Doggies collects donations on behalf of a Chicago rescue organization to help further the hard work they do throughout the year. This year we are proud to sponsor ARFhouse Chicago, a wonderful group of committed good hearts working hard to find homes for the dogs and cats in their care. We invite you to help us support them in one of the following ways:
1) Bring us your old collars, leashes or harnesses! A lot of us have these just lying around in a drawer somewhere, and ARFhouse can put them to very good use. If your dog is a bus dog you can send them with your driver the next time he or she comes to daycare or boarding.
2) If you would like to make a monetary donation you can send it directly to All For Doggies and we will use the proceeds to purchase items from ARFhouse's wish list.

AFD's 3rd Annual Howloween Costume Contest!
Ladies and Gentlepups, THE WINNERS!!
The judging was tough and the judges were torn. Next year, we're definitely doing categories. But we're positive that these guys were totally awesome!
HONORABLE MENTION
Lyncoln looked amazing in his Darth Vader costume, and was very dignified during his photo shoot.
Chico has another very clever costume this year! (See last year's "Chicken Cord on Blue"). What we have here is a mullet wig and at-shirt that sez "OVER". Mullet Over. "Mull It Over"! It took a couple of us a minute to get it, but Chico looks spectacular with a mullet AND he invites you to tailgate with him at the Whitesnake concert. Its gonna be ROCKIN'!!
THIRD PLACE
Oh, Miss Violet! Such a beautiful chicken! The staff loved this one, and Violet seemed very pleased with herself, too.
Budha the Tulip! So cute!! This costume is perfect for her and she looked great. Budha also seems to really love to wear clothes, and she was super excited about her photo shoot and the treats.
Maggie's costume cracked us all up. She's having her autumn spa day complete with curlers, hairnet, cuddly bathrobe and duckie slippers. Just in case you can't tell, the curlers are actually IN Maggie's mop top! How long they would stay there, we can't say. Way to go, Mags! You looked awesome!

Best of the Rest-More Luau Pics!

We intruded on this private moment between Phillip and Lyncoln, how sweet!
Miss Wrigley is more than happy to sport the Hawaiian doo-rag!
Ryno and his girlfriend Budha wanted nothing to do with our limbo contest. In order to participate, they'd have to get out of the pool!
Blue wasn't too happy about getting dressed up, but it was only for a moment, and just look how handsome he is!
Miss Riley is always super pretty, but she's even prettier all dressed up!
We never have to tell Bjork how good looking he is; he already knows!
Silly Jilly is one of the happiest dogs ever! We never see her without a big cheezy grin!
Ryno and Big Otis are a perfect match for eachother. Their kong-o-war games always end up in a tie.

Welcome to our Luau!!!
There was no question as to who was the winner of the biggest beach bum award. Miss Snoopy came with a bucket of margarita as big as she is and a straw long enough for her to drink it without lifting a paw! And check out those wicked awesome shades!
Miss Rio is the winner of our best dressed contest. Her outfit was so pretty and it fit like a glove!!
Ketah and Max received an award for 1st runners up. They look hula-licious!
And our 3rd place award goes to Miss Budha for knowing just how good she looked in her Hawaiian shirt!
Although her younger years are behind her now, Miss Phoebe still knows how to party!
And she was more than willing to show our lovely young'un Lucy the ropes! Now let's take this party outside, shall we?
